Exchange and returns policy

We engage ourselves to exchange or refund a sold product within 30 days after the sale and only if these products present defects and/or non-conformities related to the manufacture or production, with the condition that they are returned in their original packaging.

Although we are committed to provide you with a very high quality product, coffee is and remains a natural product. As such, taste, shape, aroma, etc. may vary depending on origin, harvest, season and other factors beyond our control.

Claims, exchanges or refunds should be made by registered mail to

within thirty days from the date of delivery. The costs for returning the goods are to be supported by the buyer.

 

If the product being exchanged cannot be exchanged (out of stock, product withdrawn from production, etc.) we will proceed to a refund, less the initial shipping costs. For this refund we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without having to give any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods; or, in the case of partial delivery, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

by means of an unequivocal statement (in writing and by registered mail or on any other durable medium) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form (only available in French) for this purpose. If you choose this option, we shall send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract, we shall be obliged to refund all payments received by us from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard method offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day of receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will we charge you any commission for this refund. We may refuse the refund until the goods are returned.

You must return the goods to us or give them back to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the fourteen day period has expired. You shall bear the costs of returning the products.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

A right of withdrawal does not exist for:

  • goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly customised or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly; or

  • in the case of perishable goods or where the expiry date has passed; or

  • sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery; or

  • goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other articles.

At Feierboun Coffeeroasters you have the choice of having your order delivered or just to pick it by yourself free of charge and in our workshop in Bascharage. In case you choose the pick-up offer, we would like you to fix an appointment by telephone

+352 621 261 919 (Call, SMS, WhatsApp). Please choose the option that suits you best during the purchase process.

All orders are prepared and packed with the greatest care, in order to guarantee the quality of our products.


All deliveries within Luxembourg will be operated by Post Luxembourg.

Goods in stock and ordered before 4.00 p.m., will be shipped 1 working day after the order date.


All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped at the latest on the next working day.


Generally the delivery time for parcels is from 1 to 2 days nationwide (Luxembourg).

 

However we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Any delay must be reported by the customer by e-mail (info@feierboun.lu) as soon as possible. We will make an enquiry within the carrier.

Delivery fees for Luxembourg will be calculated at check-out and are depending on the region and the total weight. For all orders over 45€, the delivery is free.

For the municipalities of Kärjeng, Dippach, Sanem, Pétange and Differdange, we will take care of the delivery. It will be personal and free of charge for any amount and weight.

We also offer deliveries to Germany, Belgium, France and Netherlands. Delivery fees will be calculated at check-out and are depending on the region and the total weight. The delivery will be operated by Post Luxembourg. Free delivery for orders over 90€.
